OXFORD, Conn. (AP) -- RBC Bearings Inc., maker of ball bearings for the industrial, defense and aerospace industries, said Friday it will repurchase up to $10 million worth of its shares.
The program replaces a $7.5 million program that expired on March 31. Under that program, RBC bought 37,356 shares at an average price of $28.07 per share.
The program begins immediately and does not have an expiration date.
As of June 4, RBC had about 21.5 million shares outstanding.
